EXTREME RELAXATION
Sacred Savasana starts off slowly with light stretching leading to larger movements. As internal heat increases, your body's energy centers are engaged intentionally, awakening the body. Tantric chanting leads to pranayama and a Kundalini kriya maximizing your energetic potential, climaxing in sweet surrender as you sink deep into your mat, melting into the floor like mud, surrounded by the healing tones of crystal bowls, bells, chimes and a planetary gong, guiding you into your supreme relaxation, your Sacred Savasana.

Johgananda is an entrepreneur and spiritual leader who has facilitated and evolved Sacred Savasana for the last five years.A traditionally trained Kundalini Yoga teacher, he has spent the last decade exploring and combining various spirituality modalities and teachings to create his masterwork, Sacred Savasana.
Realizing that instead of contradicting one another, if sequenced properly, the spiritual technologies can dance with one another, creating deeper and more powerful transformative experiences.

Bring things that make you comfortable during yoga and meditation. A meditation pillow, a pillow for under you knees during savasana, your favorite crystals, etc. Please, no smelly things.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Everyone can have a great time at Sacred Savasana. There are variations available to accomodate everyone. While there is a lot of relaxing in Savasana, there is over 60 minutes of active movement. Come ready to drop into your body.
Advanced Yogis - Welcome HomeAdvanced practitioners typically remark that they had been searching for a an experience like this; that systematically drops them into their body and allows them to go in and do deep work.
WHAT DO I WEAR?
WHITE, LAYERED, NATURAL FIBER CLOTHING
You will be welcomed no matter your dress; however ideally white natural fiber clothing is best for this ceremony. Your body's internal heat will arc over the course of the ceremony, so it is advisable to have layered clothing you can remove as you get warmer, and add as you cool down for Savasana. Blankets and shawls are a great option here.
